Role Description
The purpose of the role is to deliver customer happiness at every interaction.
- Support small-medium-sized businesses across a range of industries
- Answer calls, respond to live chats, book appointments, and take messages
- Provide stellar service to UK-based clients and support clients across the US and Canada
Qualifications
- Passionate about delivering happiness
- Desire to learn and grow with ongoing paid learning time each week
- Highly motivated with great attention to detail
Requirements
- Internet Connection: Cable/Fios or high-speed DSL (no DSL Satellite, wireless, satellite, LTE/4G, MIFI, VPN, or WiFi extenders)
- Good Internet Speed: Minimum 10 Mbps download, 4 Mbps upload
- Wired Connection: Ability to hardwire the computer to the internet using Ethernet cable
- Computer Display: Supports at least 1280x800 resolution
- Processor: 2.0 GHz or higher, excluding C+G type, Celeron, or Chromebook processors
- Operating System: 64-bit, Windows 10 or 11; MAC (2017 or newer) running Big Sur or Monterey
- Memory: 8GB RAM or more
- Boot-up Time: Less than 3 minutes
- Webcam: For training and meetings
- Personal Phone: For 2-factor authentication

Work Schedule
- Self-scheduling role with the ability to select your own shifts based on business needs and availability
- Minimum of 32 hours per week, including at least 5 hours every Saturday
