Role Description
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen zuverlässigen und engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unser Backoffice mit Schwerpunkt auf telefonische Kundenbetreuung.
- Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden zu (Produkten/Dienstleistungen)
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Reklamationen und Aufträgen per Telefon und E-Mail
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation
- Koordination von Terminen und Aufträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei administrativen Aufgaben
Qualifications
- Deutsch als Muttersprache
- Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung oder im Backoffice (Vorteil/kein Muss)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Vollausgestattetes Home-Office Büro (Tisch, Stuhl, Internet, Laptop oder PC, Headset mit Noise-Cancelling)
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
