Role Description

This role involves being an Authorization Coordinator, where you will be on the front line receiving authorization requests via fax from providers.

Qualifications

Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in a pharmacy or medical office environment
Bilingualism is an asset, but not a requirement

Requirements

Strong technical aptitude – ability to multitask and navigate between multiple software applications simultaneously
Good communication skills – clear, concise, and friendly
Problem-solving skills with strong critical thinking abilities
Ability to handle both good and challenging calls/cases
