Role Description
Account Coordinator responsibilities focused on back-end administrative support that allows Strategic Account Manager to focus on higher-value activities & provide on-the-job training.
- Coordinating client deliverables
- Facilitating customer engagements
- Creating & maintaining customer documentation
- Research high-level solutions for the client
- Works with Client Services to solve complex support issues effectively
- Coordination of internal stakeholders for pull through of initiatives
Qualifications
- Healthcare experience a HUGE plus
Requirements
- Ability to effectively express ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form
- Exhibits good listening skills and comprehension
- Effectively keeps others adequately informed by presenting information to everyone involved
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
