Role Description

The Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring their accuracy and validity. This role involves responding to dealer inquiries, investigating claim issues, and maintaining warranty claim information in a database.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ related experience and/or training in a customer service environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication experience with international teams, including virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to use a computer for 8.5 hours per day.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail is required.
• Must have broadband availability: Minimum 30 MBPS from national service providers.
• Home office setup to accommodate two monitors and a laptop.
• Safe and secure setup and usage of IT assets provided by the company.
