Role Description

We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Travel Planner. You will assist clients with:

• Researching destinations
• Comparing vacation options
• Coordinating reservations
• Organizing important trip details

You may work with resort vacations, cruises, family getaways, romantic escapes, groups, tours, and international destinations. No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable researching information online
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region

Requirements

• Learn about client travel preferences, dates, and budgets
• Research resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, transportation, and vacation packages
• Recommend options based on individual client needs
• Coordinate selected arrangements using approved supplier resources
• Organize confirmations and itinerary information
• Review reservation details for accuracy
• Provide clients with updates and answer planning questions
• Maintain organized client and booking records
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
• Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, and promotions
