Role Description

We are seeking a friendly, engaging, and highly communicative Medical Virtual Assistant with proven MedSpa or Aesthetic clinic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling patient interactions, explaining procedures in a clear and reassuring manner, and managing both inbound and outbound calls, insurance verification and scheduling appointments.

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Clearly explain aesthetic and MedSpa procedures, pricing, and pre/post-care instructions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings
• Document patient inquiries and follow-up actions accurately
• Insurance Verification
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Must have MedSpa/Aesthetic clinic experience
• Exceptional communication skills with minimal to no accent
• Friendly, bubbly, and approachable personality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a remote setting
