We're currently welcoming new applicants to join our remote team as a Virtual Experience Coordinator. In this position, you'll assist with organizing trip details, reviewing experience options with clients, and helping keep planning timelines on track from start to finish. This role is a great match for individuals who enjoy supporting memorable experiences behind the scenes, communicating with people, and working independently in a home-based environment. Prior background in the travel field is helpful but not required.

• Connect with clients to understand their travel ideas and preferences
• Help arrange lodging, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
• Review available selections through approved partner systems
• Prepare confirmation details and planning summaries
• Provide helpful destination suggestions when appropriate
• Assist with adjustments related to scheduling or reservation updates
• Participate in virtual learning sessions and team check-ins

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills across email, phone, and messaging tools
• Comfort navigating multiple online platforms at once
• Strong attention to detail with timelines and information tracking
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
• Interest in destinations, resorts, cruises, or guided experiences
• Reliable internet connection and basic computer familiarity
• Applicants should be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
