Role Description

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in appointment setting to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

• Conduct outbound prospecting calls using Kixie and related communication tools
• Set qualified appointments directly on the executive’s calendar
• Execute structured follow-up via phone, text, and email to confirm interest and attendance
• Pre-qualify prospects to ensure strong intent and alignment prior to booking
• Source, verify, and maintain clean, accurate lead lists
• Maintain detailed call notes and precise calendar entries
• Reduce no-shows through confirmation and reminder processes
• Communicate effectively with Sales and Operations regarding pipeline status
• Identify issues proactively and resolve them with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar outbound sales/support role
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence
• Experience using dialing systems (Kixie preferred) or the ability to learn quickly
• Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and handle objection-based conversations
• Experience sourcing, validating, and managing lead lists
• High level of initiative, accountability, and self-direction
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and products efficiently
• Dependable work ethic with consistent follow-through and attention to detail
• Professional, positive attitude in all interactions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
