Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Remote Vacation Service Advisor to support clients with vacation-related coordination and booking assistance in a remote environment. This position focuses on organization, communication, and administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional client experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently using digital tools.

• Assist with vacation planning support and reservation requests
• Coordinate accommodations, scheduling, and related services
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in internal systems
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
• Review confirmations and service details for accuracy and completeness
• Provide general customer service and administrative support
• Follow established processes and workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
• Customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
• Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely

Requirements

• $35,000 - $70,000 a year
