Role Description

Vacation Planning Specialists assist travelers with researching and organizing personalized travel experiences while working remotely and managing their schedule independently.

• Researching destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
• Communicating with travelers about their preferences, budget, and travel needs
• Preparing personalized vacation recommendations
• Assisting with reservations and organizing travel details
• Providing destination information and client support
• Completing travel supplier and destination education

Travel may include family vacations, cruises, all-inclusive resorts, theme parks, romantic getaways, hotels, group trips, and domestic or international destinations.

Previous professional travel experience is not required. Access to travel-industry training, supplier education, booking resources, technology, and ongoing mentorship is available.
