In this role, you'll work directly with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget while providing customized recommendations and exceptional customer service throughout the planning process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences and vacation goals
• Researching destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel experiences
• Creating personalized vacation recommendations and customized itineraries
• Coordinating reservations and confirming travel arrangements
• Providing professional support through phone, email, and online communication
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Staying current on destination information, supplier updates, and travel trends
• Building lasting client relationships through outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer proficiency and confidence using online platforms and web-based tools
