• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and experiences that match client needs.
• Build custom itineraries that maximize value, comfort, and enjoyment.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, payments, and schedule changes through approved systems.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow established workflows.
• Provide timely updates, reminders, and support before, during, and after travel.
• Stay current on supplier trainings, promotions, and destination updates.
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level service that elevates the client experience.
• Participate in team trainings, coaching sessions, and optional professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Basic computer proficiency: email, spreadsheets, online portals, and social platforms.
• Comfortable learning new software and booking systems.
