[Hiring] Utility Delinquency Specialist (Collections) @Remote Raven

Role Description

Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts with a focus on delinquency tracking and resolution. This role requires meeting strict deadlines while preparing detailed collection reports, executing delinquency processes, and maintaining accurate account records within the system. Duties include:

• Coordinating with third-party partners for service disconnections and reconnections
• Communicating with residents and internal teams regarding account statuses
• Monitoring payment plans to ensure compliance
• Thorough documentation and supporting additional projects as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• Experience/knowledge of the collection processing highly preferred
• High attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with web-based portals, dashboards, and Excel reporting
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple workflows simultaneously
