Role Description

Enables a superior brand experience, accelerates responsible growth and creates a secure environment.

• Identify the spam content to provide genuine search results.
• Help the victims to remove their explicit videos and photographs from global sites.
• Remove the Personal Identifiable Information reported by the user from various search results.
• Address ad blocking through improving ad experiences across the web.
• Review websites product listings and merchant center accounts to ensure compliance with the Client Shopping policies and quality standards.
• Review web pages and tag the Landing Page based on the content on the page for Client to display the right content to the relevant audience.
• Review videos and decide whether they can be monetized.
• Work on Trademark related complaints based on the Trademark Policy for counterfeit goods services; either process the Complainant TM Authorization or escalate complaints in case of grey area concerns.
• Once the complaint is processed, block the Trademark from the Search Engine.
• Review photos, videos, and text-based content and make judgments on whether reviewed content is in violation of our Clients' terms of services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Minimum).
• At least 1 year of Professional Experience.
• Language Ability: English B2 + French C1, Mandatory; Portuguese is a plus.

• Ability to work differing rotation shifts and non-standard work hours.
• Excellent comprehension & communication in French & English.
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Ability to perform duties objectively, considering client guidelines, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
• Previous experience using Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in contact center or Customer Service is a plus.
