We are currently hiring a Remote Travel Support Specialist to assist clients throughout their travel journey—from planning and booking to pre-travel support and trip-related updates. In this role, you will help travelers feel informed, supported, and taken care of while providing professional service in a fully remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required, but is a plus. We provide training, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed.

• Assist clients remotely through phone, email, and online messaging
• Manage reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests
• Share clear and detailed information regarding destinations and travel policies
• Monitor upcoming departures and proactively contact clients when necessary
• Professionally resolve inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications
