Role Description

In this role, you'll assist clients throughout the travel planning process by providing personalized guidance, coordinating travel arrangements, and helping ensure every journey is organized with care and attention to detail. • Connect with clients to understand their travel interests, goals, and vacation preferences
• Assist with researching destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, and activities
• Present travel options and recommendations tailored to individual needs and budgets
• Help coordinate reservations, trip components, and itinerary details
• Provide clients with travel confirmations, schedules, documentation, and important updates
• Support travelers with itinerary changes, special accommodations, and service-related requests
• Review travel information to help ensure reservations and trip details are accurate
• Monitor upcoming departures and assist with resolving outstanding travel items
• Maintain organized client records, communication notes, and trip information within company systems
• Stay informed on supplier offerings, destination updates, and company resources through ongoing training

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple client requests while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable using online platforms, digital tools, and communication systems
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved countries
