Role Description

We are currently expanding our team and inviting applications for a Travel Support Coordinator position. In this role, you'll assist clients as they prepare for upcoming trips by helping organize travel arrangements, monitoring planning progress, and ensuring important details stay accurate throughout each stage of the coordination process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to keep plans running smoothly, communicating with clients, and managing scheduling details in a flexible remote environment. Training guidance and continued mentorship are provided for selected applicants.

Responsibilities

• Connect with travelers to gather important trip details and preferences
• Assist with organizing itinerary components such as lodging, transportation, and activities
• Provide updates regarding reservation status and next planning steps
• Help review travel selections using approved supplier platforms
• Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging systems
• Maintain accurate coordination records and planning documentation
• Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing development activities

Qualifications

• Comfortable managing multiple coordination steps simultaneously
• Confidence working independently in a virtual environment
• Familiarity with basic online tools and communication platforms
• Background in customer support, hospitality, scheduling, or administrative roles is helpful but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Applicants must be authorized to work within the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other qualifying regions
