Role Description

We're looking for a Customer Experience & Travel Support Agent to join our team and contribute to smooth, personalized travel experiences for an international clientele.

• Be part of a dynamic travel operations team.
• Support different stakeholders throughout the travel journey.
• Ensure that requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of service.
• Manage requests and coordinate with different partners.
• Find solutions and handle unexpected situations in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Position open only to residents of Dakar.
• 3+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Middle Eastern dialects); French is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
• Comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities.
• Autonomous, organized, and quick to learn.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Flexible and adaptable, including working flexible hours when required.
• Genuine interest in travel and international destinations.
