In this role, you will:

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, timelines, and general goals for their trip.
• Assist with researching destinations, reviewing available travel options, and helping coordinate reservations such as accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and activities.
• Help organize itineraries, confirm travel details, and ensure all information is accurate and properly documented.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests are essential to providing clients with a positive and seamless travel planning experience.
