Role Description

• Respond to private jet charter inquiries and consult with clients on travel needs.
• Source, negotiate, and present aircraft options to secure the best pricing and availability.
• Coordinate trip logistics, including catering, ground transportation, and special requests.
• Manage bookings from quote to contract execution and payment.
• Monitor flights and provide client support for schedule or operational changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners.
• Promote company programs such as Jet Cards, memberships, and enterprise travel solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and collaborate with operators and internal teams.
• Handle service recovery and ensure a seamless, high-touch luxury travel experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel booking.
• Experience in private or business aviation, charter brokerage, or air charter or travel booking agency.
• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and confident, professional presence.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings, schedules, and logistical details simultaneously.
• Experience promoting programs such as memberships, Jet Cards, or travel solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and travel booking platforms.
• Familiarity with aircraft types, operators, pricing trends, airport logistics, and regulations.
• Ability to handle service disruptions, schedule changes, and operational challenges.
