Role Description

The Title Specialist is directly responsible for securing all necessary documents to accompany applications to transfer vehicle title ownership. Tasks include:

• Compiling all necessary documents
• Communicating with customers and vehicle owners
• Resolving problems and discrepancies
• Answering inbound phone calls
• Sending emails
• Providing excellent customer service

Compliance with state and/or buyer requirements is essential. Where IAA has authorization to process applications as an acting state processing authority, Title Specialist may also work within those state systems.
