Role Description

Futuremug is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, handling client conversations, and converting leads into customers, this role is for you!

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and pitch our services
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up for conversions
• Maintain and update client details in CRM/database
• Share accurate information about services and pricing
• Coordinate with sales and project teams for smooth client onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Prior exposure to corporate/event services is a plus
