Role Description

We are currently seeking Technical Support Professionals interested in supporting client projects related to help desk operations, user support, system administration coordination, and ticket management. Opportunities are fully remote and may vary depending on the client and project scope.

• Help Desk Support: Providing first-level or second-level technical assistance to users experiencing issues with software, systems, or access.
• Ticket Management: Receiving, documenting, and tracking technical support requests through designated ticketing systems.
• User Account & Access Coordination: Assisting with account setup, password resets, user permissions, and access management across various systems.
• System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Supporting basic troubleshooting for software applications, system performance, and user connectivity issues.
• Technical Documentation: Maintaining records of reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolution details within designated systems.
• Escalation Coordination: Identifying issues that require higher-level technical support and coordinating escalation through appropriate channels.
