Role Description

Are you driven to empower others to succeed? Love sharing and guiding people through a great product? We’d love to hear from you! We are looking for 2 Technical Support & Partner Onboarding Specialists to join our team and support partners with API integrations and technical troubleshooting.

• Support partners throughout the onboarding process and assist with API integration
• Provide L1 technical support and troubleshoot partner issues related to POS systems and API connectivity
• Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Use Postman to test API requests and help identify integration issues
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams when necessary
• Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
• Communicate with partners via Slack and email to provide guidance and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in API onboarding, technical support, or POS systems
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Jira, and Confluence
• Fluent Hungarian and professional English language
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday business hours, public holiday cover required (9am-5pm)
