Role Description

This role combines technical support and development, where you’ll own issues end-to-end—from troubleshooting and fixing problems to communicating with users. You’ll also help improve how support works by:

• Identifying patterns
• Optimizing processes
• Introducing automation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and SQL (must-have)
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, XML, and at least one object-oriented programming language
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and implement technical solutions independently
• Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously
