Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join the Norwegian-speaking Tech Support Team for Samsung. As a Technical Support and User Enablement Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to play a critical role in providing top-notch assistance to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and empowering them to maximize the use of their high-tech products.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Utilizing in-depth knowledge of technology products to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
• Acting as a champion for our customers, advocating for their needs and providing outstanding service.
• Listening to and understanding the queries of users to ensure they understand how to move forward effectively.
• Solving problems and ensuring users get the most out of their tech products.

Qualifications

• Native or Fluent in the Norwegian language.
• Intermediate English language user (B2+) - written and oral.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware & software on various electronic devices.
• Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (Android & iOS) & common software.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose & troubleshoot technical issues.
• Positivity and ability to manage stress well.
• Active listener and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Resourcefulness to find creative solutions and workarounds.

• Start date is 16th of November 2026.
