[Hiring] Technical Support @CSG

Role Description

Joining our team as a Technical Support Specialist you will collaborate with our cross-functional team and provide technical support to the CSG product suite for our Customers.

• Take ownership of the application support.
• Spot inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks and keep everything running like clockwork.
• Maintain billing SLA would be the major KPI in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in application support.
• Mandatory skill set: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX.
• Good to have working knowledge on writing SQL queries, PL/SQL blocks, and shell scripts.
• Should be able to write and debug shell scripts, Oracle Procedures, and Packages.
• Thrive on teamwork and can communicate and collaborate easily with teammates.
