Role Description

The Technical Solutions Consultant Architect is responsible for driving managed technical product rollout, adoption and growth, helping our Customers get the most value from our Technical Products.

  • Deep technical expertise of the SiteDocs products.
  • Understanding of ways to connect SiteDocs to 3rd Party software.
  • Focus on delivering support and professional services to ensure continuous customer engagement with SiteDocs products, features, or add-ons (including Analytics, Workflow Studio, and API).
  • Demonstrating proficiency with Technical Product offerings and troubleshooting integration challenges.
  • Assisting in product selling or upselling when expertise is needed.
  • Contributing to customer success defined by ongoing renewal of SiteDocs Products and greater usage.

Your Most Important Initiatives:

  • Customer Support: Provide expert-level support and guidance to Analytics and Workflow Studio customers.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Project Management: Meet with customers and relay requirements for project delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Development, Sales, Implementation, and Support teams.
  • Issue Resolution: Address escalated issues or customer concerns related to SiteDocs products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Development:

  • Assist the Development Team on various projects related to Technical Products.
  • Test the product or specific features when requested.
  • Manage a prebuilt Workflow Studio template library.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers for seamless handoff and implementation.

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Be available as the main point of contact for professional services and integrations.
  • Ensure successful implementation of Analytics and/or Workflow Studio projects.
  • Respond to and manage customer communication and emails.
  • Train customers and partners on advanced SiteDocs features.
  • Collaborate with Manager and Lead on improved processes and documentation.
  • Spearhead the creation and maintenance of assigned projects.
  • Execute special projects given by the Manager of Technical Solutions.
  • Track activities and conversations in Salesforce.
  • Collect project feedback from customers and document revisions.
  • Contribute to a culture of team building and continuous improvement.
  • Attend regular meetings and other meetings as requested.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an Engineering/Architect Role, with a focus on web technologies (e.g., HTTP, APIs, authentication).
  • Proven Customer success skills, with the ability to lead meetings and guide conversations.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages is a plus (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to customer success and satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Technical expert on SiteDocs products, features, add-ons, and tools.
  • Understanding of data analysis and information systems.
  • Proficiency in using (or the ability to quickly learn) software programs.
