Role Description

Interpreters interpret verbal communication from one language to another, acting as mediums where language barriers exist. They are expected to manage calls from different industries including, but not limited to:

• Education industry
• Health care industry
• Insurance industry
• Banking industry
• Other industries

Requirements

• Internet - Need to have a Cable-Modem or Fiber Optic WIFI (NO Broadband or Mobile Data)
• Download > 5 Mbps
• Upload > 3 Mbps
• Ping < 50 Mbps
• Jitter < 30 Mbps
• Internet Speed Test: Speedtest (llsapi.com)
• Laptop/Macbook/Chromebook with Webcam/Camera [use your own device] – for online assessment, training and operation purposes
• Windows: Windows 11 version 23H2
• Mac: MacOS 12 and above (latest version)
• ChromeOS: Updated to current version

• Mobile Phone [use your own device] - for operation purpose (for backup)
