Role Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers
• Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support
• Deliver positive experiences and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish is required
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in the automotive field
• Able to address customer inquiries effectively and provide accurate solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a readiness to learn
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently

Requirements
