[Hiring] Support Agent with Quality Assurance @Advian

Role Description

Groundhawk is looking for a Customer Support Agent with Quality Assurance to support our Finnish and international customers. In this role, you will help customers succeed with Groundhawk’s solution while also supporting quality assurance in our customer projects.

You will work closely with our customers as well as with the project and product teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality deliveries.

This is a permanent full-time position.

What You'll Do

• Support Finnish and English-speaking customers via phone and email
• Assist customers with product usage, questions and troubleshooting
• Conduct quality assurance for customer projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Deliver customer trainings

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support or customer-facing roles
• Fluency in Finnish and English. Swedish and German are a plus
• Background in Geoinformatics, Geomatics or similar field is a plus
• Experience with GIS tools and basic coding skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A structured approach to problem solving

Location

Preferably Espoo, Finland, but remote within Finland is also possible.
