In this role, you will assist our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed and their expectations are exceeded.

• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Address inquiries related to our products and services, providing thorough and accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with different departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product offerings and services to inform customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
