Role Description

The Software Account Support Associate assists users of an online service who cannot find settings, update profiles, or understand published features. Responsibilities include:

• Checking approved help material and walking through routine steps.
• Routing technical defects to the support team.
• Providing customer service replies and office administration notes to assist other agents.
• Starting from the user's screen to identify issues.
• Verifying account permissions and current guide details.
• Documenting reproducible errors for specialists.
• Tracking unresolved cases and next actions.
• Protecting account credentials and private records.

This is a full-time remote role with a pay rate of $31 per hour. A quiet home office is required to support account data.

Qualifications

• A background in office administration or customer service is useful, though not essential.
• Curiosity and clear writing skills are important.

Requirements

• Ability to read assigned online account questions.
• Capability to explain current settings and help paths.
• Experience in documenting issues and routing questions to the appropriate owner.
• Training will be provided on the product, help center, and escalation process.
