Role Description

The Shipment Inquiry Representative checks approved order and carrier records, explains the verified stage, and routes an exception to the logistics owner. This full-time remote customer service role needs office administration notes to keep the shipment history consistent. You will not guarantee a delivery date or initiate a carrier claim without authorization.

• Review assigned online shipment questions.
• Match the customer inquiry to the correct parcel.
• Check current approved carrier milestones.
• Explain label, transit, and delivered states accurately.
• Route damage or missing-delivery reports.
• Record a promised follow-up and owner.
• Protect address and order information.

This work also involves explaining what an online tracking link does and does not show. Some carrier pages lag behind internal dispatch records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office administration may be helpful.
• Calm writing and accurate reference matching are key.

Requirements

• A quiet home office or comparable setting supports shipment records.
• The employer will confirm hours.
