[Hiring] Shared Services Representative @Enterprise Holdings

Role Description

The Shared Services Representative for our National Service Department will primarily be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely follow up on maintenance replacement rentals and roadside related services.
• Communicating client approval of repairs to maintenance facilities.
• Assisting with various tasks, projects, and reports related to managing vehicle recalls, historical repair orders, and manufacturer claims.

This is a full-time, work from home position, allowing you to work 100% from your home residence in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Our National Service Department operates between:

• Monday through Friday 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST
• Saturday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST

Schedules are based on current business needs and will require working full-time, 40 hours per week.

The pay range for this position is $17.69 - $18.94 per hour, determined based on numerous factors including:

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area or surrounding Missouri or Illinois counties
• Must live in the state of Missouri or Illinois
• One (1) year of Customer Service experience
• One (1) year of administrative support experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Work From Home (WFH) Requirements

• Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
• High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required
• Connection latency must be less than 100ms (Please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/ )
