Role Description

Customers waiting for a scheduled service visit need accurate information about when to expect the team. A booking may have a broad arrival window, and a later approved update may narrow or move it. This position checks the current schedule, sends confirmed arrival information and records questions or access details for the person who manages the visit.

• Find the right booking reference and check the latest approved window.
• Include the relevant date and service in the message.
• Describe tentative slots as tentative rather than confirmed.
• Read the history of older emails and ask the scheduling owner for current instructions.
• Handle access instructions only through the employer’s approved systems.
• Pass requests that change the scope of service to the authorized team.
• Keep notes for visiting staff concise and relevant.
• Record arrival updates accurately and send approved replacement messages.
• Capture customer responses regarding new windows and refer to the scheduler.
• Answer straightforward questions about the current recorded window through online messages.
• Check appointment references and compare current arrival windows with previous notices.
• Complete administrative tasks only when communication or handoff has been recorded.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling or customer service experience is useful but not required.

Requirements

• Work remotely using an online booking system from a private home office.
• Training covers the employer’s service types, time conventions, and referral routes.

Benefits

• £26.50–£28.75 hourly.
• Full-time or part-time options available.
