• You will identify problems as they occur and provide action plans for highly complex problems and incidents for the modality of CT.
• You will provide product support either remotely or on-site (Internationally at times - Canada and Latin America).
• You will dispatch notifications to CSE's with quality action plan.
• You will share expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees.
• You will drive individual KPIs to meet the needs of the customer/business.
• You will proactively provide updates on assigned tasks as planned. Independently identify issues or problems, perform research, and develop corrective action and present to TST 4 and/or management.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required.
• More than 5 years’ experience working on Siemens CT systems and ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge in the product line of CT.
• Proficient skills in typing and Outlook, Excel, Word, and other job critical applications.
• Good communication skills.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Valid passport is required.
• High proficiency in English; Bilingual preferred to include Portuguese or Spanish.
• Ability to work First Shift Options:
• Thursday - Sunday 11:30 - 22:00 ET
• Friday - Monday 09:00 - 19:30 ET
• Both shifts are 4x10 hours shift.
