[Hiring] Service Desk Analyst @TLC Worldwide

Role Description

We are hiring a Service Desk Analyst. Here are a few things that you'll be doing:

• Be the first line of defence for IT issues, managing our service desk like a pro.
• Set up and manage user accounts, laptops, and printers.
• Administer DNS using GoDaddy and manage Zendesk campaigns.
• Support our remote teams with meeting room technology.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and assist with various IT projects.
• Learn and master our in-house developed platform.

Qualifications

• Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst.
• Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Experience with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF, and Zendesk administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document your work clearly.
• Strong communication skills, including working with non-native English speakers.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Recent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply!
• Microsoft and Apple certifications (desirable).
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) (desirable).
