Role Description

As a Senior Visa Document Agent with our company, you will play a vital role in supporting clients throughout their travel or immigration journey. You will manage the collection and review of essential documents, ensure accuracy and completeness, and provide timely updates to move cases forward. You will communicate with clients proactively, resolve documentation issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth process aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, documentation, or administrative roles—ideally in a process-driven environment.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex processes professionally.
• Maintain high accuracy when reviewing and organizing client documentation.
• Handle multiple accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines and prioritizing critical tasks.
• Show empathy and professionalism in every interaction, especially when addressing concerns or delays.
• Use internal tools confidently, including Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, Google Sheets, and task management systems.
• Anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them quickly and effectively.
• Work well with colleagues across departments and take on support roles as needed.
• Manage responsibilities independently and contribute to improving processes where possible.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience providing technical support over phone/chat in English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to review and collect sensitive documents with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks—calls, updates, and emotional check-ins—without missing a beat.
• Stay calm under pressure and find creative ways to help clients during delays.
• Follow company processes carefully with a smile.

Benefits
