Role Description

The Security Customer Engineer will engage with enterprise customers to provide technical expertise and support in security solutions.

• Experience in the enterprise customer arena
• Face-to-face customer engagement skills
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Troubleshooting knowledge & skills
• Degree qualification or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management
• Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation
• Demonstrate effective balance between business and technical acumen
• Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change
• Ability to deliver presentations and discuss complimentary products at a solutions level
• Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations

Qualifications

• Experience on Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019 and Active Directory
• Experience operating system Client&Server configuration, hardening, security patch, and update levels
• Experience of operational processes
• Experience of the privileged accounts/groups membership as well as regular account hygiene
• Experience of the forest and domain trusts
• Experience operating system configuration, security patch, and update levels
• Experience of domain and domain controller configuration compared to Microsoft recommended guidance
• Experience of key Active Directory object permission delegation
• Experience on Windows Server 2019 PKI deployment, management, and support
