[Hiring] Seasonal Technical Customer Service Representative @Foundever®

Role Description

Join our dynamic team to provide exceptional, personalized support to customers of a well-known financial technology brand. In this role, you will handle inbound, tier 1 inquiries related to broad technical issues within our client's flagship tax preparation software. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding support, we’d love for you to be part of our dedicated team!

This opportunity represents an existing vacancy supporting current business operations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work full-time hours in Canada
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Secondary (high school) diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends
• Must be proficient in both English and French
• Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check

Requirements

• Previous customer service & technical support experience preferred
• Experience with accounting or bookkeeping systems/software
• Call centre experience is a plus!
