Role Description

Jockey is seeking Part-time Seasonal Consumer Care Agents to join our team. As a Consumer Care Agent at JOCKEY, you'll have the opportunity to work for a globally recognized brand in our corporate Contact Center located in Kenosha, WI. This role entails assisting our consumers in placing product orders via phone while providing exceptional customer support.

After a 2-week training period, you will work a schedule determined in the interview process.

• Training: 2 weeks, Mon-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Shifts after Training:
  • Saturdays required, as well as Mondays and/or Fridays (minimum of 2 days).
  • 6–8-hour shifts (times TBD).
• Hours of operation: M-F: 7:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m./ Saturday- Sunday: 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
• Location: For onboarding and training, you will start at our corporate office in Kenosha. After training, you will work remotely or on a hybrid schedule.

What you'll do:

• Answer inbound consumer calls; assist in placing customer orders.
• Respond to consumer inquiries.
• Respond to shipping inquiries; answer order status questions.
• Demonstrate effective problem solving and customer relation skills.
• Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Enter relevant information into CRM database system after each contact, ensuring pertinent customer data.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and customer interactions as necessary.
• Attend training sessions to continuously improve product and procedure knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a customer service call center.
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a positive demeanor.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
