Role Description

As a Scheduling Agent, you will be recruiting and working with our database of independent contractors who perform research shopping assignments throughout the US and Canada and ensuring that our clients' research shopping programs have the best quality in the industry.

• Assign research shopping opportunities to existing contractors.
• Provide support to contractors in successfully completing their evaluations.

To succeed, you will need to be:

• Friendly and professional.
• Awesome on the telephone.
• Strong in organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Technologically savvy, especially with social media.

Your oral and written communication skills must be first class.

Any experience in the research shopping and marketing industry, call center, or retail environment will be a definite asset. Familiarity with social media and AI will also be a definite asset.
