Role Description

We are looking for a Romanian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to come and join our fast-growing "FitBit" team. Working remotely in Bulgaria, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full, paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• You must have a C1/C2 level of Romanian, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport, or valid Bulgarian work permit.
• You must be either living in Bulgaria, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
