[Hiring] Retirement Specialist @TEKsystems

Role Description

Will take 25-50 calls per day pertaining to Retirement questions and assistance.

• Will take calls from financial partners, agents, and customers.
• Take inquiries on new business applications, in-force policy questions, transactions, product information, information on rates, services issues, etc.
• This role will require basic computer skills and the ability to pivot between multiple computer programs.
• This role will use Salesforce and other homegrown systems on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to start on December 2, 2026.
• 401/Retirement Experience.

Requirements

• Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
• Fully remote position.
