[Hiring] Retail Activations Representative @Best Buy

Role Description

As a Device Activation Representative, you’ll answer calls from Best Buy Health customers and help them activate their wireless devices and accessories. This includes processing activations and answering questions while maintaining a friendly, helpful tone. You’ll also recommend products, plans and services based on each customer’s needs. To succeed in this role, you must use strong communication and problem-solving skills in your conversations.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you’ll do

• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing relevant and accurate information on products and services
• Answer questions and provide appropriate solutions
• Present and sell new products and health services
• Achieve performance based on goals
• Maintain knowledge of all Best Buy Health wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and services

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service, call center or sales experience
• 6 months or more of experience troubleshooting technical issues and navigating multiple applications and systems simultaneously
• Access to high-speed internet

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
• Experience working with senior-aged customers
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude
