We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Reservations Specialist to support daily operations by coordinating booking requests, managing reservation details, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. What You'll Do:

• Manage incoming reservation requests and coordinate booking timelines
• Input and verify booking details to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients and team members to confirm reservation information
• Track updates, monitor outstanding items, and follow up as needed
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation
• Ensure all reservations are processed correctly and in a timely manner
• Support workflow efficiency by keeping tasks organized and on schedule

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in reservations, administrative support, scheduling, or customer service (preferred, not required)
