[Hiring] Reservations Sales Specialist @Noble House Hotels & Resorts

Role Description

We are seeking a Reservations Sales Specialist for our Central Reservations Team.

• Answer in-bound sales calls for luxury brand hotels and resorts across the U.S.
• Respond to inquiries ensuring all guest needs are identified and options are proactively suggested.
• Ensure reservation and guest details are correctly entered into Property Management Systems.
• Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests.
• Complete other administrative duties for the Reservations Department.

Qualifications

• Previous reservations sales experience is preferred.
• Previous luxury hotel experience or customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales focused with an ability to genuinely connect with customers.
• Desire to learn and grow within the hotel and/or tourism industry.
• Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task.
• Must be very detail-oriented and have a professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Requirements

Accepting applicants who are residents within - Washington, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia or Florida - ONLY.

Please note: The schedule for this role will be: 9:00am/10am to 5:30pm/6:30pm PST and will include weekend shifts.
