[Hiring] Reservations Agent @Devil's Thumb Ranch

Role Description

The purpose of the Remote Reservations Agent position is to ensure that the Ranch mission is executed by booking lodging reservations for individual and group guests. Responsibilities include:

• Answer all incoming phone calls within 3 rings.
• Respond to all Voicemail messages in a timely manner.
• Answer emails in a timely manner.
• Make/modify/cancel all transient and group reservations as needed.
• Charge guests lodging deposits as required by company policy.
• Check Waitlist and make calls to fill openings/cancellations.
• Make gift cards purchased through phone or online.
• Log any maintenance/housekeeping issues into HOTSoS.
• Log any guest requests in their reservation.
• Charge 3rd party reservations in full on day of arrival.
• Perform other jobs/tasks as requested or required by upper Management.

Qualifications

• Able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Weekend availability is required.
• High School Diploma or GED; prior experience with lodging reservations system preferred.
• ResortSuite PMS & Synxis CRS experience preferred.
• Strong Computer skills.
• Able to use multi-line phone.
